Never again! I’m now at pepboys getting my AC fixed since they messed up my car during my visit. You guys had way too many different people working on my car and that’s where mistakes happened. Here’s what pepboys said, “ Good morning, they did damage the valve core it is bent. We can replace the core and hopefully it seals, if it was damaged too much then the full hose will need to be replaced. It is $284.34 for the diagnostic, replacing the cores, and recharging the system since it was completely empty.” keeping in mind that before this trip to valvoline my car was just fine! Haven’t had issues till now. What makes it even weirder is that the manager asked me about my AC and I said it’s great and then he walked off saying okay.
