Brent was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable! Made a recommendation for a coolant/radiator flush, and let me know the reason why, but did not "high-pressure" try to sell me to do it immediately which I GREATLY appreciated!!! I will be back to this location to have this done. The other gentlemen assisting with the oil change were also very friendly and professional. I always come to this location for my smog checks and this will be my "go to" place for my oil changes and radiator flushes as well and I will definitely recommend to my neighbors and friends. Exceptional customer service at this location always and I am a very happy customer!!! :0)

Not only was the entire oil change process quick and efficient, I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I felt both welcomed and was treated as a valued customer. Explanations about service options were clearly explained and during the entire process, I was told what was happening and how long until the process was finished. Excellent job...I am very happy I chose to go to this Valvoline and even though this location isn't the closest Valvoline for me, I will definitely go the extra distance since I know I will receive quality service.

I bring my truck to get serviced not just for oil, but also my antifreeze in differentials. This time I had to bring back my truck after the oil change because it was leaking. The oil leaked over my pavers on my driveway and I had a drive a vehicle all the way back to to get it looked at and the individual just didn’t clean off the oil underneath. They said everything was tightened but now I have oil stains on my driveway and I had to take a couple hours on my day to drive back to get it looked at and now I have to pay to get my driveway cleaned , Staff did not even offer a coupon or a discount for the next service, but the gentleman was very nice. I asked him if he could compensate me in anyway he said he would make a note of it.
