I felt like the staff tried to upsell me into other services, not in a way where I didn’t feel pressured. The person who put oil back in my car dragged the hose across the front of my car leaving an oily mess and possibly a scratching my paint. My car is a pristine Jaguar and after I left I had to clean the residue off of my car. I had to tell someone to tell her it’s not ok to drag an oily hose across a car, this is unacceptable. It looked like the workers were in a hurry and volume was their focus not quality. It looked to me like there was no one in charge or at least not aware of the quality of work that the technicians were providing.

Quick service. Well explained. Many people working on the car. Choices given on type of oil. Documentation excellent. Friendly and courteous workers, and they checked many things, more than just chaning oil and filter! They checked headlights and turn signals and removed cabin filter behind glove compartment -- that was not easy,! About the only thing they didn't do this time was check the tire pressures, but today's new cars generally have tire pressure reported on the dash from sensors inside the tires. So, That's OKay.
