I always get my oil change here and I’ve never had any issues . I’ve always had a great experience. But this recent visit they over filled my oil , my car was throwing smoke out and my car was having a hard time being driven . I took it to someone who could tell me what was going on . The person looked at the oil and said it was over filled and they didn’t drain the oil properly. I didn’t believe them since my oil was always done right at valvoline but when he drained all the oil he kept getting more and more containers because the oil kept draining . He stated that they didn’t drain the old oil and just added the new oil so my car was burning off both and it was too much that they added in.
