After my oil change was completed, the techs messed up something under my vehicle because the windshield washer fluid leaked out of my car. When I went back to have them address it, they told me that the oil was not leaking and to just bring it back if it continues. Very disappointed with the overall visit and this was my second time getting an oil change from Valvoline. The first time was great. The second time was terrible.

I recently took my car to Valvoline for an oil change, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. After the service, my engine light came on, which indicated an oil pressure issue. I went back to address it, and the staff insisted it wasn't related to their work. However, the mechanic I spoke with admitted that an oil pressure sensor error is often linked to oil changes, typically due to problems with the oil filter or sensor installation. It seems like a classic case of passing the buck, and I can't help but feel that their lack of accountability is concerning. I won’t be returning, as I expect better service and honesty from a shop I trust with my vehicle.
