I come to this location all the time and trust the work that is done. Last time I was there with my Honda Civic I was disappointed in the main person servicing me. His name started with a D, but I didn’t get the gown name. Kaylob was great. He was doing everything right but D was filling out the details about my car prior to completing the task. I had a receipt stating my tire pressure and wiper fluid was filled when I was fully aware none of that was done. Kaylob removed my air filter and left it for D to review it with me. Kaylob waited and waited finally asking D “did you show tthem?” D responded “just put it back”. I had to ask Kaylob if it needed to be replaced and he said he would recommend it (I would have expected to replace it since I know last time I did replace it). I then had to do a separate transaction to buy a new filter. So, thank you to Kaylob for doing the right thing. He is the only reason why I didn’t rate it as a 1. D was going through the motions of the job, but not doing the job. Employees like this make me lose trust in the quality of work.
