Lewis has some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time! I came in to get my right turn signal light changed after it being out and going to pepboys or AutoZone and them telling me that they couldn't do it because they needed special tools(I can't remember which one it was) But Lewis said he would be able to help me and it was a bit of a struggle to change it but he was able to to it. During my service a crazy lady came in the opposite way that she was supposed to go and was already from the start acting entitled and rushing Lewis to service her vehicle because she was "in a rush" and this was in the middle of him doing my service. Things escalated to her calling him out of his name and being disrespectful and he and the staff continued to remain respectful and professional. Not only was he able to give me a positive experience as a customer and fix my issue, he was able remain respectful while being disrespected by someone. Give this man a raise!
