I had an oil change done here earlier this week, and after only about 800 miles, my car ended up completely out of oil. There were no leaks before the service—my vehicle has always been parked in my driveway with no oil spots or any signs of leakage. Concerned about the situation, I took my car to another shop for inspection, and they found that the oil filter was not tightened properly. Because of this, the oil slowly leaked out after the service. This is a serious oversight. Something as basic as properly securing the oil filter is critical, and missing that step can lead to major engine damage. I trusted this shop to complete a routine oil change correctly, and instead I was put in a situation that could have cost me my engine.
