Once I left from getting my oil changed. My car began to act funny by jerking an shutting off. When i returned my engine light was on and then found out by another tech that I had too much oil in my car. I did receive another oil change an my car went back to driving like normal. However, my engine light is still on.

I actually tried to get an oil change from another Valvoline spot and left because I was sitting in my car waiting while watching 4 guys have conversation. I was greeted immediately here and guided into a free bay. Great service.

It took 4 tries to finally get the oil change done. First time the system was down, second time they didn't have my oil or filter, the third time they didn't have my filter. Staff not very friendly at all and the bay gets very hot, there should be fans for customers sitting in their cars with the engine off.

I went to the Valvoline on Charleston across from red rock and they didnu2019t have the oil I needed VOW20. So the man says I can buy it at Walmart and the labor cost would only be like 30 bucks. Didnu2019t have time to go right then so I went a couple days later to a different Valvoline, the eastern and warm springs location, closer to my house where I brought my own oil and they still charged me 66 bucks. The man said that the pricing changed. Found that a little annoying since it was told to me that it was gonna be half the price if I bought my own oil and only three days prior.
