Everyone at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change were very friendly, approachable, and hard-working. Jay (the manager, I think) addressed all of my questions and reassured me several times that my car was being serviced - there were several customers that day. I told Jay I was not in a hurry or rush and to take their time. At the end when the transmission fluid (CVT) was changed out I asked 2 questions that Jay answered satisfactorily. 1. Was the transmission fluid low? and 2. What color was the old fluid? Jay answered the old fluid was not low and the color was a dark amber color. I felt very confident and reassured in Jay's answers. My car performed better after the transmission fluid change.

I use the Valvoline blue full synthetic diesel oil, it's blue in color. They put the standard yellow colored oil in my truck, and when I questioned it, I never got an actual answer. I don't know what is in my truck now. NOT GOOD!!!!!

I got an oil change and tire rotation. I waited in the wait room instead of my car. When my car was done, they asked for payment and I was on my way. What I didn't notice was an oily boot print on my floor mat. I didn't notice this until I got home. I went back 5 days later when I got a chance and pointed out the oil print. The manger Francisco, said there was nothing he could do because I waited a week to come back. I explained this was as soon as I could get there. He said sorry but I waited too long and besides, this is what floor mats are for. I took a lot of offense to this. My floor mats are for me to get dirty, not Valvoline. He tried to say we never get in the car but I told him, you never asked me to start my car like you normally do because I was in the waiting room. So you started my car and got your oily boot print when you did. Francisco was never apologetic for what happened. I left there very upset and had to get my floor mat cleaned at a car wash. This cost me a lot time and money. I will never go back to that Valvoline shop ever again. I am very disappointed in Valvoline. I have been coming to you guys for my oil changes for 6 years now but not anymore. Mark F
