The manager at this specific location named Connor was absolutely impeccable with his customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly kind. Connor is a great example of why I will always choose Valvoline to come back for my oil change and other car repairs. He never pressured me into anything additional but did inform me of other services my car needed but was kind and understood when I declined at the time and he even gave me a print out for my records. Connor went above and beyond and also made sure my tires were inspected and he also tightened some bolts that were loose on my car that I wasn't even aware about. Since I also work in customer service, I greatly appreciate when I come across someone like this who takes the time to care for his clients and also has a warm and welcoming presence. He is a perfect example of what a store manager should be and what a leader should be. Once you make a simple lasting impression, I will only go back to this specific location now because Connor was impeccable. Once you treat your customers well, you will have a lasting client. Connor deserves a raise. Thank you again Connor!

I want to say thank you to on-site manager Sean and technician Christopher (Chris). I know both their names because I personally interacted with them both as they serviced my car the day after one of the biggest holidays in Vegas (New Years). I was given a through breakdown by Chris about my car's needs and then I ended up needing to leave; when I came back Sean remembered me, as they both had discussed how to best help get my car running to speed. Many of the services they suggested are now considerations for me for the next time I show up in April. A+
