I was offered the option of additional services and they explained the rationale, but they also knowledgeably explained why a couple wouldnu2019t be the right fit for me on that visit and did not pressure me to add on more than I did. Youu2019re more prone gouging. I bright my own oil and filter. You charged more than what a conventional oil change would cost and on top of it wouldnu2019t let me use a $10 off conventional oil coupon. What a joke. I did this myself for 20 years. I figured for $38 Iu2019d let yu2019all change my oil (again with my own Mobil 1 and filter). But $62 for a drain and fill (more than a conventional oil change ) is an absolute joke. Iu2019ll never do business with you all again. The staff blames the franchise buying out all the corporate stores and then raising prices drastically. I hope all your new franchise stores go bankrupt.

I had a coupon I wanted to use and the associate said that it wasnu2019t valid even though it hadnu2019t expired yet. Itu2019s the second time I bring my car to this valvoline and I donu2019t know why but my car always smells like gasoline when I leave it in the garage. Iu2019m currently taking it somewhere else to get the problem fixed. But itu2019s always this specific valvoline on charleston. Iu2019m also not sure if itu2019s because of the clientele this specific valvoline gets but I feel like the staff arenu2019t that friendly.

My last oil change was at Valvoline at that same location. I returned today and was told my bolts were stripped on the plate and they couldnu2019t remove it to change the oil. I was told to take it to the dealer. I said that they were the last ones to change and my oil and did they strip it? I was told that he wasnu2019t there then and there was nothing he could do. What?????
