This is the first time I've ever had any problems here. Normally the techs are great! Came in for an oil change and after it was finished, Miguel showed my the dip stick and both he and I could see that my oil was not full. He said my dip stick was wrong because his oil filler said 6qts. He said he couldn't put any more oil in because as I drive and the motor warms up, the oil will expand up to the full mark. See attached picture. I'm not asking for it to be overfilled, just wanting a full oil change. (Note: it's an original dip stick, not aftermarket)
Another tech (who was very friendly) tried to help and offered to "sell" me some more oil. I opted to drive across the street and buy some oil at Oreillys and fill it up myself.
With this not being my normal experience, I'll probably stop by again in a few thousand miles and see if it's back to normal or if this is the new way of business.

recently got my first car and they were verry helpful (especially manny)and helped me get on the right track to properly mantianing my car. definitely will be returning!!

Unfortunately I had my first really bad experience with my local shop today.
Pulled up at 915am behind the car in the service bay. Was told I was next and it won’t be long. Another vehicle came in behind me and I was blocked in. They were doing some sort of flush on the car in front of me and didn’t tell me it would take 30 minutes
To say the least, I was very upset. When I pulled in, I asked the service guy why they didn’t tell me that it would be that long. He said, do you want your oil changed or not?
I said no, shut my hood. I left and went to Jiffy Lube.I won’t be using this place again.
