I had a catalytic converter shield that had torx security bits preventing service from being completed. The manager went out to find bits so that the service could be performed and ensured that the service was performed within a timely manner rather than having me come back at a later time or another day. Really appreciate the team going the extra mile putting the customer first. I find myself coming back to this location because of the consistent service that I receive and the courteous staff that is there.
