I have to say that I never would have thought to use one of these "Instant Oil Change" places because I always used the dealer where I bought my vehicle. However, my wife has taken her Subaru here for several oil changes and a headlight change, and i had an emergency with a dead battery. She suggested I call to see if they did battery replacement. When i called, the answering representative was friendly and helpful with a "come on down and we'll take care of you." Well, I went and I was extremely surprised and happy with the level of expertise everyone there showed me. The CSR was Chad and he walked me through the battery replacement options and I had a beautiful new battery professionally installed in 15 minutes. I asked about an oil and filter change, and in 10 minutes I had that done as well - far cheaper than the dealership charges I might add. Chad even looked at my cabin filter (not easy to get to), and when I saw how filthy it was, I got that replaced as well. What REALLy impressed me was the efficiency of the team. It was like watching a MASH operating room in action. They were all skilled, friendly, and I WILL make this my go to for all my truck's needs! Great Ambassadors!

I have never been so impressed with the customer service at this location. First of all I had zero wait, from the second I pulled in the treatment from your staff was most impressive. They were so polite, friendly and let me know what was happening the whole time. The whole group worked together like a well oiled machine. This is the 2nd time I’ve been at this location and both times were fantastic service. I tell everyone I know to go to this location.

My truck requires the def coolant which is red. Without asking or telling me they put in coolant which fine thats cool… but they put regular green coolant in, which could f*** my trucks engine up. Customer service was good but thats a problem. Its not like it doesn't say anywhere what coolant it needs, it says on the cap.
