Pablo and the whole team are amazingly nice and helpful. They dont try (too hard lol) to upsell you. Just if they notice something they will ask if you want it replaced...I didnt catch his name but he noticed my windshield wipers are torn and asked if I wanted to replace them. They do offer discounts which is super helpful. I almost got my transmission fluid flushed but they told me I didnt need it yet so thank you! Will for sure come back (on time) for my next oil change. I get super anxious doing car stuff cuz im not very knowledgeable but they were absolutely great in explaining everything and getting things done quickly in the process :)
