THE MANAGER FROM THE RENO NEVADA BOOTH STREET LOCATION WAS AMAZING. HE TOOK MY INITIAL PHONE CALL AND WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THE STAFF WORKS AS A TEAM, I WAS HELPED BY EVERYONE IN THE SHOP. ITS THE BEST SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN VISITED. ONE OF THE GUYS ALSO ASKED ME TO GO INSIDE AS IT WAS VERY COLD OUTSIDE, A+++++ CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Your service technician used the wrong tool to remove the oil cap. Which ended up breaking my coolant reservoir line. I waited close to 4 hours for the replacement to show. Once it did, the mechanics working on, it seemed to not know what they were doing.
