As a woman who knows very little about cars, I will always be a loyal customer. Everything is explained to me in a way I can understand it without being condescending. It took them forever to change my oil. I don’t think they knew what they were doing. They said I had a skid plate on my vehicle and the bolts were rotted, and they never even put the skid plate back on.One guy didn’t know how to put back the air filter housing and he didn’t check the battery I don’t think he knew how I was very worried that these young kids were working on my expensive vehicle either they weren’t trained properly or they didn’t care it is very worrisome vehicles are very expensive and having these kids work on them with no training could cost a consumer thousands of dollars because of the employees not knowing what they are doing

He efficiently explained the process, which I appreciated. However, what truly stood out was meeting Samantha, the manager. She not only complimented the modifications on my vehicle but also took the time to educate me on air filters and their functionality. As someone who runs businesses myself, I recognize the value of employees like her. Samantha's dedication and knowledge made my experience truly exceptional. In fact, I would go as far as to say she was a few notches above magnificent. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is something to be cherished, and I hope Valvoline recognizes and retains her talents.
