The first tech I encountered directed me to Bay 1. While in line, I watched two vehicles that arrived after me be serviced in Bay 2 by a younger, more efficient tech. I never received any acknowledgment. The original tech (Steve) topped off the air in my tires and never returned to the vehicle. The tech in Bay 2 noticed and completed the oil change for him.
