I have been to Valvoline twice in my life. Both times they were unable to rotate the tires Which I feel is essential when I get my oil changed. I do both at the same time they tried to sell me an engine flush. I fell for the first time. I was instructed by many mechanics that this is just a big rip off. The price of the oil change even with the $10 coupon is way higher than a private mechanic in the area, I was desperate to get this done because I let it go too long and couldn't get into a mechanic. They also set the oil change again for 3000 miles Synthetic oil 5000 is sufficient. All money grabbers.
