One of the young men came our and met me at my car, asked if I was looking for an oril change and then directed me to drive the car inside. As he and others were working on the oil change, he recommended 2 additional service and I said thank you but could not do them at that time. He did not pressure me about to do them. However, toward the end of the oil change, I realized that I had actually meant to get my car inspected so the staff was very gracious and understanding and instructed me on how to be able to come back around and bring the car back in on the other side for inspection. The inspection was performed along with replacement of my window shield wipers, and I was checked out. The manager spoke to me on the way out, and everyone said goodbye as I was escorted to my car.

My first experience and definitely not my last! Right before I went to this location I was at my dealership where they took advantage that I was a woman and tried to overcharge me. i came To valvoline and everyone was so friendly and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had doing maintenance on my car. Everyone was absolutely amazing from beginning to end.

They said they recommended air and cabin filter replacement which they never even checked (I know where they are and how to do it) they pressured me to do my AC and told me I couldn’t recharge it myself at home (you can) and the basic oil change was $140 which it just far too much.
