I went to valvoline on Monday and waited for an oil change, then found out once I was in the bay that they did not have my oil filter, so I wish they checked prior to me waiting so it would’ve saved me some time. I was told to call beforehand before the next time I go to make sure it is in stock. After calling on Thursday, and being told it was in stock, I went on Saturday to find out they still didn’t have it, so I ultimately walked next door to buy one for them to use. I just prefer better communication on something simple like that.

The staff that was working this day were very pleasant, they acknowledged me right when I pull up to one of the doors and came right out. I didn't have to wait long, once inside they made sure I knew exactly what was going on as they were going through it. I haven't been here in awhile because when i did go a few years ago the staff was unfriendly, but seeing these guys work, I will definitely be back!
