Let me start by telling you about my last visit (invoice No.470023 on 12/26/2023). during that visit, I was informed that my oil level was down 2 quarts! I told the CSR that that is strange because I saw, no leaks, no drops on driveway, no change in exhaust, etc.then I go to VIOC on 04/29/2024 for an oil change and was told there was 8 quarts of oil removed which is 2 quarts more than the 5.9 quarts specified. Therefore, I am sure that the amount of oil removed on my last visit. So, now I am concerned about engine damage from too much oil plus 2 quarts of the oil was "dirty" (i.e.: USED). So, I will monitor my vehicle for any signs that things are not right with the engine and if I find problems, I will contact VIOC for resolution. The thing that really bothers and concerns me is that Nobody at VIOC apologized for the mistake or offered a remedy. I think they tend to overlook problems and hope they go away; I do Not go away. I am looking for a response from VIOC regarding this issue,

At the end of the oil change she was told the filter had been replaced and she was charged for it even though she said she didn't ask for it. The representatives need to make sure they are confirming that people want a product before you are charged for it.

the young girl that helped me was great and interested in learning all she could. It seemed the guys didn't listen to her and sort of was indifferent to her. If I had room on my team I would have tried to steal her from you honestly. She was an assert and needs to be taken more seriously. Good for her.
