I felt welcome from second one of attending this location. The new manager I was introduced to made an active effort to get to know me, my vehicle's history, and even tell me a bit about himself. He explained additional services Valvoline offered, the prices, and didn't push them or any upgrades to that days service on me. The greatest surprise to me was even recommending business to use/avoid for services my car needed that Valvoline did not offer. It's that kind of commitment of overall well being of the driver that encourages me to come back, even if the overall price tag can be a little higher for the convenience of Valvoline's business model.
