The gentleman that worked directly with me was so cheerful and friendly. You could tell it must be a nice place to work that he was so happy. The gentleman that changed the oil was also very kind and well-mannered. Sometimes when I get oil changes at other places the guys are… well, greasy and “too friendly” and it gets uncomfortable. But the guys at valvoline seemed like perfect professionals.

I had the coolant changed. They used a vacuum system to remove the coolant through the radiator fill hole. I challenged them to explain how a vacuum system could remove all the coolant from the radiator and engine block. I did not receive a satisfactory answer nor did it appear to remove a sufficient amount of coolant as they performed the service. The oil was evacuated through the dipstick and flowed into a clear container. That is understandable how they evaluate all of the oil. No so with the coolant. My experience tells me that they we lucky to evacuate 25 percent of the coolant.

I got an oil.change from take 5 the same day and they put the wrong oil in. Then they told me my coolent was black and needed flushed. When I went to Valvoline they told me I had no coolent and had a slow leak in the resivor. They also told me none of my fluids were topped off. I have nothing but good things to say about the Valvoline team. They did not pressure me and they were incredibly friendly. Thank you so much Valvoline!
