I pulled up a Groupon on my phone and showed it to the associate, asking if it was acceptable for me to use. He said yes, so I purchased it. Once it came to payment, he scanned the Groupon but kept getting an error message. After about 5-7 minutes, with the help of fellow staff, we figured out that the Groupon wasn’t accepted at their location. So I had to pay for my oil change at Valvoline, and I had already paid for a Groupon.
