When I declined to buy a new air filter the staff member made a face as if I had a choice.. I didn’t have the funds to do so.. I felt pretty guilty for even saying no.It also took over 30min and it was 92°.. I had kids in the car and the reason I picked Valvoline was for the quickness.. they ended up spilling oil on my engine apparently and had to fix it & the guy said it was an accident.. now when I turn my AC on it smells like oil - that’s fairly annoying

I needed a tire rotation also and this location apparently doesn’t have working equipment to receive this service. There was a lot of waiting around for other techs to come over and check or whatever, it took way too long and extended the service time by probably 10+ minutes total.

They did ok, but they came back and told me that i needed a new battery, but he never looked at it, i watched him, all he did was to stand away from my car and came back telling me i needed a new battery, but i don't because the thing starts up all the time, so he is lying to me. I think he used the other persons data before mine went in. Just be honest with people, other than that, they were great. I will be back.

i had 2 different filters replaced. once i left i heard a loud sound coming from the cabin filter that was just changed. went back to the shop and the tech looked at it again and the re cleaned out the area so the sound was no longer there
