You would think the employees were trained to handle mental health patients, because severe having anxiety, I get really overwhelmed very easily. I don't usually handle the oil changes, my roommate does, but he was out of town for the month, but I needed it done. So for the first time, I took the car to get the oil change. I was already nervous and was feeling my anxiety rise, especially when it was my turn to pull in and drive over that ramp thing, which they all can tell I was starting to get anxious. They were so calm with me, so understanding and really nice but most importantly, they were all very patient with me. I truly appreciate all the employees there and they made my whole experience a very welcoming and comfortable experience. None of them knew me, they don't know what I deal with mentally, but they took a lot of special attention to my and I felt that! They went beyond my expectations and because of this positive experience, I'm more comfortable to continue going on my own, to get my oil change! For who ever hired this staff, pat yourself on the back, you hired the right crew and to the employees at the Amherst store, give yourselves a pat on the back, you were all amazing to me and really made me feel like a top rated customer! Thank you!

Overall service was good. Wish they cleaned the oil off my control arm after taking the oil filter off. It's leaked for like three days in my drive way.
