The manager and service team appeared to be very well trained and knowledgeable, and they worked well together. The facility was clean and not overly busy. The service process proceeded rapidly but accurately, and the manager (Ethan) listened very carefully to all my comments and questions. The phone follow up I did with the Valvoline national call center (?) was handled promptly and efficiently. I was given two $20 discount coupons that were appreciated.
