If I could give 0 I would avoid this location at all costs. Went in yesterday to get an oil change and I typically go to a different location but they had a large line so went to this location instead. When they drain your oil the vacuum it out which is no problem but as I was watching it didn’t look like the hose was put in enough at all like they do at the other location. When they were done vacuuming out the oil there was very little in the canister so I asked if they were sure they got all of the oil out of my vehicle at which time the person who vacuumed out the oil stated when they started there was no oil on the dipstick and I was 2 quarts low. I found that odd as I have never had an issue with oil but just said ok. So when they were done they have you start the vehicle and give it a little gas to make sure there are no leaks anywhere and it’s holding pressure at which time they then check the oil and bring over the dip stick to show you your level which at the time it did show a full level but that’s not even accurate because you are not supposed to check oil right after a car has been running. Oil is supposed to be checked on the engine when the engine is cold or after a little bit once the oil has had time to drain back into the pan. Well today I checked my oil after the car sat overnight and my oil is completely over filled. They didn’t even get all of the old oil out of the engine. Don’t waste your time with this location
