From the time my car was in the service bay it took the staff over 30 minutes just to change the oil. After they finally filled the oil they left me sitting there with the hood still up. I finally was able to catch the attention of one of the staff and asked if they were finished. He said yes, and closed the hood so I could leave. The staff did not seem to have any sense of organization in how they serviced my car or the other cars that were there. They seemed more interested in standing around talking to each other instead of taking care of the customers.
