I have never visited an express oil change facility before, and this was my first time going for an oil change myself. My father had been taking care of all maintenance on my car previously, and since I moved away from him I'd been nervous to take care of anything on my own, as I know a lot of shops will try to upsell things like crazy. The team at Valvoline made me feel extremely comfortable, and told me clearly what they recommend doing and did not argue back when I declined extra services. The oil change process was fast and easy! I'll absolutely be back!
