During my oil change there was a problem with the oil evacuation hose. The hose got lodged in the motor while they were evacuating the oil from the engine. It took more than an hour to get the hose removed from the engine. It was not because of lack of effort but they just could not get it for the longest time but they said they did get it out. My issue is two things 1. I am trusting that they did get it completely out and they said it will not harm the engine over time so I am trusting that it will not. I asked them to document this on the invoice but when I got it there was no mention of any of this issue. Why not. 2. I have been going to this Valvoline station for a long time and I asked for a discount and did get one but not enough for the time and inconvenience. I would hope that you would document this somewhere for future reference and also consider a bigger discount for future visits. Thanks.
