we waited outside for 35 mintues and then when we got into the bay they opened the hood and than just left us sitting there for over 20 mintues didnt do anything to our car didnt talk to us or anything. there was another car in the other bay and there was 5 guys standing around it and one was just sitting on his phone. then the manager came in from his lunch break and everyone scattered like they was foing aomething. my husband and i only go to this shop and we have never had this kind of service nor have we been there longer than 20 mintues. this time it took tham 45 mintues to almost an hour i think. it was crazy

15 minutes late opening the doors. Immediately started explaining about being short handed and he would "do the best he could." Had a "50% off of standard oil Change" coupon. They were out of the oil that the coupon specified. Wouldn't substitute, but said he would give 50% off the next higher package. After agreeing, I realized later that I only received a $25.00 discount instead. I ended up paying MORE than full price of the change that I had came in for.
