The 10 minute oil change took about 30 minutes -- perhaps due to a staff shortage. I thought they would have voluntarily checked my air filter, but they didn't, so I asked. They checked it and suggested replacing it but they didn't have my filter in stock. In the past they would check my turn signals and brake lights, but not the day I was there.Also, it would have been nice if they had offered to clean my windshield. It's often those "little things" that don't cost the customer anything -- but provide great value -- that make customers feel like the merchant appreciates their business. Finally, it would have been nice if the technician who asked me what I wanted done would have at least welcomed me and told me his name.
