They didn't seem to know what they were doing. My past services are on file, and they didn't know type of oil to add (only needed 1 quart added). Told me to turn off the car before they even checked to see the reminder and when done they couldn't go back in and check to see if added oil was sufficient. Had to remind them to check tire pressures and that took longer to complete as the person seemed very distracted. Did not leave feeling confident and probably will not return based on poor service quality.
