We sat and waited for a little while, another vehicle came in and was taken before us. They may have been training but the staff did not communicate with us much, never checked the air filter and never topped off the windshield wiper fluid, this visit was just a little off the the ones before and we have been coming for years with both our vehicles.

I waited awhile before entering only car present then once another car pulled in they took that car before me after I had been only one waiting for nearly 20 min. Once inside utter chaos . So many workers and even saw small children running around inside the bay! Apparently daycare too! There were zero checks completed on my car . Did not mention anything about fluids of any sort didn’t check lights turn signals , tire pressure .. only thing they did was showed me my oil on dipstick. They didn’t do the checks with each other verifying that everything was completed properly. So unlike my any other experience there.was glad to get out of there but at same time was afraid to leave bc was so worried something wasn’t completed.

I had to ask for them to check my tire pressure as I was leaving. They marked on the paper that they checked it, but I was watching it never checked it, but they did after I asked them to and they did put air in my tires and it took 30 minutes. I don’t know why but it did.
