A tech told me my transmission fluid was leaking. I had no leaks prior to this oil change. 3 days later I see drips in my driveway. Take it to my mechanic to look at the transmission. Nothing wrong with the transmission but oil was leaking from the broken oil filter cap and housing that they broke. The keeper rd store does not want to take responsibility for their mistake. Ive only had my oil changed by them since I got this vehicle 3 years ago. I have now lost my job because I cant get there with no vehicle. At this point the store wont even return my calls or emails. I have escalated my claim to the area manager. I sure hope this gets fixed because I will loose my house if I cant work. I have a child to take care of. We cant not be homeless. Dont even have a car to live

I got an oil change at the Colerain location and after I left my oil kept leaking out of my brand new truck. I took it to a different location and Aiden, Brandon and James were great about fixing my issue. They also gave me knowledge about my vehicle to prevent further problems. Service was excellent and they really treated me like a priority.
