Tell me how much a cabin air filter check will be and that you are replacing it rather than cleaning it out. I thought it was part of the oil change service. Also don’t make me wait for 45 minutes and advertise yourself as a 15 minute job.

1. Manager and CSR should not be horse playing between themselves.2. When a customer ask what the proper tire rotation is, your assistant mgr. shouldn’t have to ask the mgr to come talk to me.If you are ASE qualified then they should know right front tire goes on left rear and so forth. But that is not how my tires were rotated. And I was charged 24.00 for the wrong way. 3. I was in your shop almost an hour. 4 when the mgr works on a car he should not look me in the face and say no he didn’t and when I continue to tell him how he was acting with the CSR he said he only did the oil change. And walked away.
