I have used Valvoline for years and never had a problem. The last 2 times they have forgotten to do the checks on the lights and when reminded the assistant manager said ...oh we just forgot. For over $100 for an oil change, those things should be automatic. I also found the assistant manager to be rude and condescending. Like I have said, I have gone to them for many years with all our cars But I will not return.
