It took a very long time to get through the oil change once I was in the bay. I do understand that they were training some new workers, which is ok. I will be back, but again, nobody checked whether my brake lights etc worked. I haven't had techs ask me for the last 3 oil changes, yet they did this for the car ahead of me. Not sure why...

I sent an email to you but no reply. I’m dissatisfied because although your price didn’t change, what you get for that price did. You no longer include checking all of the lights/signals, check the tires…I don’t know if anything other than the oil change was done. I was told that because you advertise a 15 min oil change, all extras have been eliminated. I’ve already found a new place to go. You’ve lost a customer of 10+ years.

There was one car in front of me when I first got there. By the time it was my turn, an hour went by and I couldn’t get out of line since someone was behind me. Once they started actually changing my oil, ANOTHER hour went by. It was ridiculous. Communication was awful and I was so irritated.
