When I drove in I was instructed to pull behind a car that was in line even though the other bay had no one waiting in line. Another car pulled in and was instructed to pull in behind me, still with the other lane free.Then the next car pulled right in the free lane and got serviced before me and the car behind me and went on her merry way. It was very irritating. If there was a reason for it, I think the employee should have said something. It was a very hot day and not fun having to wait while someone else was able to cut in.

Actually the employees were super nice. But, my Kia Carnival is super annoying to oil change and Valvoline doesn't make a filter. They should have turned me away and said sorry. Instead I provided a filter, didn't receive credit for it despite being promised, then it took 90 minutes because they had to take a wheel off to get to the filter. It wasn't their fault but Valvoline just isn't prepped for Kias and shouldn't service them.
