Not only was the staff courteous and efficient, they went far beyond what I even requested. Several weeks ago the plastic underside of CRZ hit a curb and had come loose, I had used a zip tie and a cord to temporarily hold it on. The mechanic, after changing my oil went back down into the pit with about six zip ties and secured the under panel in a way I was unable to do. He did not ask, he just did it and did not charge me anything extra. I was shocked. In an industry where service has become less dependable and MUCH more costly, this was a remarkably thoughtful act. You should be proud of the staff at this location.
