They were all very friendly and seem to have done a good job. It was a Saturday afternoon so they were busy and it took awhile to get into a bay. That would be my only complaint was that it took over an hour from the time I pulled into the lot and then leaving.

Workers seemed happy to be doing their jobs, which is always a reflection of how upper management treats lower level workers and that all leads to customer satisfaction.
