Iu2019ve been to valvoline many times. This is the first time the service was different. They rushed through the service, did not check fluids or air pressure. Asked me if my lights were ok, like they didnu2019t want to check them. Asked me if my wipers were ok and did not check. Asked if I wanted the filters checked. They didnu2019t make any recommendations and did not do a thorough job. I would not trust them again. She had me paying even before the job was complete and never told me the total just asked if I wanted the same oil as last time. Then asked if Iu2019m paying cash or card. Horrible customer service
