They never asked if I wanted my filters changed never checked my lights never asked if I was interested In windshield wipers which I wanted to buy but they never asked so I didn’t get them there. They only thing they asked about was if I wanted a transmission flush that’s it.. I go to Valvoline for a my oil changes and never felt like that leaving.. I’m very disappointed in the service received

When I arrived, an employee, I assume his name is Brandon or Jaden, scanned my car and then acted as if my car had never been to Valvoline. He took my information to put into the system and none of it was correct (put my address as 123 lane East Point, KY 41216 as an example of his laziness). Didn't check lights, didn't check tire pressure or anything, just signed off on everything to get me in and out despite me being the only customer there. I asked for an air filter as well, but he rushed me so fast that I didn't realize that Lexis didn't put one in. I wasn't charged for it, thankfully, but now I need to go install one elsewhere.
