Young blond haired man who checked me in was wonderful. Polite and very nice. The other tech Tyler I believe his name was- short buzzed cut glasses, was frankly complaining about EVERYTHING. Another customer pulled up and you hear the ding he complained “ oh my god this sucks why do they keep coming. I don’t want to do this. This sucks” literally he was complaining about everything. Please give him this message: Tyler- this is your job- you don’t like it then it’s time to move on. The other techs were fine. If you don’t want to get dirty and do manual work then just move on. Don’t give Valvoline a bad rap because you can’t handle a little hard work. Buckle up buttercup- life is gonna give you an oil change without the proper attention and care like I feel you gave me and my vehicle. Change the attitude kid cause the frankly you don’t have much to complain about. You have a job- a skill-constant work- uniforms- Tyler you have life by the nads at your age. Don’t screw it ip by being a lazy, whiny weak little man boy. Grab the lemons and make lemonade or squirt them in your eye so you can cry about something.

Well, first I waiting in line for over 30 minutes at the Glenway (zip 45211 or 38) store only to learn their AC detecting machine was down. So after waiting, the manager called another center so I arrived and had to wait there too. But not as long. Once pulled in the bay the folks couldnt have been nicer. They were unable to fix my AC issue with a recharge, but I did get oil changed, new filter and wipers. Very friendly and courteous.
