Everything was great EXCEPT for tidiness. I visited this location, because I had a similar experience at the Harrison Ave./Dent location last time and thought maybe this location would be better. When I got home, there was oil on my door handle, oily hand prints on my hood, grill, front quarter panel, air filter cover and positive battery terminal cover and oil drips on my battery, the top rail of my radiator and a few other places. The oil fill cap was also covered in oil. I also smelled burning oil on the way home, so there were probably some drips elsewhere I couldn't see. This doesn't happen when I have my dealer change the oil. Since I've now had a similar experience at two different locations, I assume this is just the standard for VOIC. I will likely go back to my dealer in the future. Had it not been for lack of keeping my truck clean, this would have been close to a 5 star experience.

The plastic cover that is taken off when changing the oil. Was not put back on tight and when I drove to Columbus the next day one of the screws came loose and the plastic was just hanging off making terrible rubbing and clicking noise. Glad we made it home and needed to take the car to my mechanic on Monday, today, and he confirmed it was Valvoline that did not tighten it properly. I would like some compensation for my time to take it to my mechanic and for not proper replacement of the plastic the plastic piece.
