They offered additional services, but it didn't feel too pushy about them, just suggested them for the next visit. I have been a Jiffy Lube Customer for a long time and after a recent tune-up my mechanic found that plastic parts and screws had been mistreated during oil changes and lead to some issues. My expectations of Valvoline were good, but when I actually got the service my experience was great. The Assistant Manager answered all of my questions and the staff was eager and active doing the work as I sat comfortably in my car. I appreciated the double and triple checking process with the staff and manager during the service.
