The service men were very busy, and it took a while to get to me. They were very apologetic and assured me that they were working as fast as possible. For the services I ordered, it took additional time, but they explained everything they were doing along the way. They even demonstrated what each machine was doing for my services.I was at this location the day the powerline fell on the store. They had to shut down service. They encouraged me to come, and they would give me a discount. They did, and I was very thankful.

(2) of the (4) screws used to attach air filter cover to the base was missing when I arrived for the oil change. When I returned home (1) of those (2) screws was not threaded thru the air filter cover into the baseu2014instead, the screw was loose sitting in the hole of the cover. As a result, the air filter cover was not secured to the base. I was lucky the loose screw did not fall out as I drove home.I secured the loose screw into the base myself.
