I sent an email to you but no reply. I’m dissatisfied because although your price didn’t change, what you get for that price did. You no longer include checking all of the lights/signals, check the tires…I don’t know if anything other than the oil change was done. I was told that because you advertise a 15 min oil change, all extras have been eliminated. I’ve already found a new place to go. You’ve lost a customer of 10+ years.

Ripped off!! I have always gone to this location and brought my own oil filter, air filter and cabin filter because I have a 2020 Kia Rio and they don't stock it. I always got a credit for the customer supplied product, NOT TODAY. The man said NO. he took the oil filter, installed it and still charged full price. Said they were giving me a 20% discount on the cabin filter and didn't apply my coupon correctly. I immediately called customer service at 7:00pm and said I had to leave a message and will get called back. I got woken up at 9:45pm EST!!!!! that is not Customer Service. I filled out a complaint online and was told it didn't register. A huge mess. Now I'm told it has to go to the store manager to review. I should have been charged $58.69. this is the correct breakdown. Honestly no more to this location. I have a 3 year history at that store and NEVER EVER NEVER got treated like this. $50.99 Oil Change $54.99 Cabin Filter $105.98 $(13.87) Less provided oil filter $92.11 20% Discount $18.42 $(73.69) ($15.00) Less $15.00 off $40 coupon provided $(58.69) RESOLVE ASAP!!
