I was explained in detail the services I was going to receive. I had a Groupon for service and was explained in detail I had to cover the extra amount of oil needed for my vehicle. Was not pressured into further services such as wipers and/or air filter. I believe I woman's name was Alex, she was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable and the whole crew worked very efficiently together, observed them all helping each other out from bay one to bay 2. All while Alex was running around making sure all customers were satisfied. In my honest opinion this is the best oil change center I've ever been to. Alex and her crew need a huge high, adaboy, recognition.
