I came close to close right before a holiday. The men at valvoline stayed late to make sure my car was taken care of. They didn’t skip any steps and were genuinely happy to help me. They did apologize but it took close to and hour and could of gone to a small auto shop and waited the hour to get it done for $25 cheaper. After a few minutes I was informed that the service could not be completed because they did not have the oil filter for my car (I had already waited 45 minutes just to get in the bay). It was obvious the staff was trying to get me out as quick as possible. As I left the manager said to the team, “great job it only took 8 minutes.” They did not review what maintenance services were due at all! They did not check my turn signal or bright lights. I am very disappointed. I think I am due for services but I was pushed out without reviewing. My location is in Mason, Ohio on Union Cemetery Road. I have gone there for years but the last two times the customer service has not been the same. I am thinking about going elsewhere.
