Long wait, no communication, talk at you, over priced and pushed the sale would remove air filters inside and out and try and make you feel as if they have done all this work for you. Charge $50.00 for a pair of wiper blades and goes higher from their. No value going to valvoline

I don't want to rail too bad on the experience. I had just been to the same location for an oil change on my dodge durango. That visit, despite a long line at the time was efficient and really good. This visit... Wasn't asked what I came in for, they made a show of inflating the tires (didn't ask PSI like normal) but the front two were still down 5 psi when I checked upon returning home. I still feel like it was ok, just not up to the level of detail of the previous visit. THere was no line this day and, on the previous visit the staff was highly motivated and professional and even seemed to be having a good time. Meh. It was fine

The things that I observed. There was 1 car in each bay. I was beside another car waiting. I oberserved at least 9-10 employees on site. No one had any enthusiasm or sense of urgency to complete and work through the line of people. Most guys wandered around. I saw one guy walk out back to his car a couple of times. There was another employee who had a truck out front and there were 3-4 in there for a while. One guy was sitting in the customer lounge as I pulled in. I was just appalled that in a process that should be quick, I was in the line and this establishment for over an hour.

I asked about pricing and the associate was not able to answer. Didn't know.I had to ask three times to having my tires filled with air as my indicator light said pressure was low.I asked about having my tires rotated and was told Valvoline provides this service. After I paid I was told they actually could not rotate my tires as the lift was broken.I counted six associates but it took 15 minutes for someone to actually start on my vehicle. There was only one other vehicle there.All in all, the worst experience I have ever had at the Valvoline Union Cemetery Road facility.

Everything was closed at this point, so I had to miss a day of work because I could not drive back home from out of town. I had to pay $190 to have my car inspected because I had to make sure nothing was seriously wrong with my car before driving it again.
