Valvoline employee advised the gun was stuck and pumped too much oil in my car and let me drive off engine light came on now car is nondriveable on top of the super poor service from a very disrespectful assistant manager that got upset because I didn’t want the radiator flush thank god the oil change messed my engine up god only knows what would of happened with a flush will never use Valvoline or its associated companies and will advise anyone that will listen not too either!!!!!!!!

They could have let everyone know that may have been short staff , they were taking so long on each car and I would have left but I was in the middle of the line , it was very busy but they were not communicating with the costumer and just left us set more that 45 minutes it was frustrating and they were not apologetic for the long wait. The main person changing the oil was very disinterested in his job and sloppy. He poured new oil into the funnel and spilled some on our pristine engine. The oil spilled because he did NOT hold the funnel when he poured the oil. The funnel moved and some oil dumped on the engine Totally preventable. His clean up was weak. I had to ask him to go back. The spilled oil was messy and smoked for hours.

I was told tire rotation was recommended and i was all for it. Until the techs could not get my passenger side front tire off..they utilized a few methods of getting my tire unstuck. Then a large red headed man with a red beard took a large sledgehammer to my tire to attempt to dislodge it. After 6 attempts the tech started really pounding on my tire..causing my entire car to shake, at that point I said allowed that "that's enough" and they stopped. I was not charged for the procedure but it was very unnerving and spiked my anxiety threw the roof. I will be taking my car to a tire discounter service station for my tire rotation.
