My dissatisfaction comes from a misleading coupon that indicated 50% off at participating locations and giving this a a location choice. The wait for service was too long. The entire visit from arrival to departure was about an hour. I sent my daughter to this location to have one of my vehicle's oil changed. I forwarded the 50% off coupon to her via text, but, upon arrival the location was not offering that level of discount. I told her to go ahead anyway, but, only get the oil change. Which she did. I know that Valvoline will not be my first choice again.
