For the most part it started okay but as they finished to close my hood the female employee had some thing in her hand she called for her fellow employee and hand him the item than another employee arrived they than close the hood and signed it was ok to leave, driving down the highway my hood fly up after checking I find my hood bar was broken I could have been in a accident none of your employees said a word that something was wrong!!! I'm truly upset!!! Waiting to hear from you!!! Before I talk to someone else!!!

I go to Valvoline often however this time I went to a different location. None of my fluids were checked, lights, tires etc. One of the gentlemen appeared very irritable and made it known. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Amelia location which is the one I often go to. I have used Valvoline for several years and have recommended it to others mainly for the friendly service and convenience. I will not go back to the Eastgate location.
