The experience was good but I donu2019t like that prices are not advertised when you come in. The knowledge of the staff is great but they didnu2019t have the materials needed for the transmission flush I had requested.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I know they are doing there job in recommending additional services but it is a little much. I have a mechanic that I take my car to for regular service and just go to Valvoline for Oil Changes, so everything that they are recommending has already been done. I was told to bring in my service records and they would update. I guess I need to do that. :)
