This visit it just seemed like no one knew what was happening, standing around and I waited almost 5 mins just for them to start my vehicle. Had two different employees give me the same speech about transmission flush, I had to stop him and say someone already did this. Just didn't seem together.

I interface with Valvoline every three months or more, so do not have the process memorized like the staff. It would be great if I knew what to expect next - open the hood, flash the lights, turn vehicle on/off, cabin air filter, etc. I believe the average customer would feel like they were rightfully part of the process, rather than an impediment, if they had a better idea of what to expect. Maybe a laminated sheet that is handed to each driver as the pull up and are waiting their turn...? This would be an excellent way of greeting and acknowledging newly arriving customers and would discourage them from driving off in frustration if waiting too long.
