The technicians are polite and thorough with every step and show me exactly where I am with each part of my car that they check. They are very helpful when I have questions, which I do a lot because I am an elderly widow who knows little about car maintenance. I always trust that they will help, or at least advise me honestly on where I can find help if not there.
