Told me it would take 10 minutes to replace battery. It took over 30 minutes for that. They replaced head light and it did not work. They told me I had wiring problem. I took it someplace else. They did an over $200 diagnostics on to find the issue. Found out they replaced the bulb and it worked fine. They thought maybe they did not seat the bulb correctly when they replaced it. So over all I spent more time than quoted and it cost me over $200 to replace a bulb that was not done correctly.
