Great job by staff. The charge on credit card it too cryptic. “VIOC 060024 Columbus” will mean nothing to your customers. I would not be surprised if some people dispute the charge because they don’t recognize it.

Drain plug was supposed to be replaced He told me. But they didn't have it in stock. Guy in pit said that it was leaking slightly but "should be ok" not really much confidence there. He said to come back on next oil change. my sales guy told the guy "There is no way I'm signing off on this. But guess he did anyway. now I have to keep an eye out to make sure it's not leaking.

Things were very disorganized and there was little to no communication between staff. They didn't know if my oil was filled, then over filled the oil and had to drain it. They did not fill my tires with air after I'd asked them to and had to remind them at the end and only caught it because I turned my truck on and it said a tire was still low.
