About a month ago, I came for an oil change and also asked them to replace the cabin filter. The oil change itself was done fine, no issues there. However, the experience with the cabin filter replacement was very disappointing. The employee who attempted to replace it clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He started taking apart interior panels without knowing where the filter was located. I even had to guide him myself. During the process, he was close to breaking plastic parts in my car. In the end, he couldn’t complete the job at all and just left everything as it was. I had to fix everything myself afterward. If you offer services like cabin filter replacement, please make sure your staff is properly trained. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with potential damage or fix mistakes after your service. Overall, I can’t recommend this place for anything beyond basic services.
