When I drove up I was greeted, explained what I needed, and the crew asked me questions. Asking questions is amazing and eliminates waste. They walked me through confirmation of my name, email, address, phone number. They explained the tire pressure recommendation, the add ons and why they recommend those. But the team listened and completed the oil change. Very efficient.
