Taking ownership for screwing up my car. I get home after my oil change and Park my car. A couple days later I come out and realize all of my oil has leaked out of my car all over the ground. Take my car back to Valvoline where the employee tried to tell me that it had nothing to do with what they did. But then he and another employee spent an hour drilling and messing with the bottom of my car. He said it was a coincidence that they worked on my car and then all my oil came out, now my car continues to leak well even after they attempted to fix it.
