Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had a very disappointing experience at this Valvoline location. From the moment I arrived, even though there were no other vehicles waiting and the shop was practically empty, the staff seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. The customer service was far below what I have experienced at other oil change locations. While my vehicle was being serviced, I repeatedly heard loud impacts coming from underneath the vehicle. This happened multiple times during the service and was concerning because my vehicle is my primary work tool. When I expressed my concern, I did not receive a clear explanation and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. In addition, several of the basic courtesy checks that are commonly performed during an oil change either were not completed or were not reviewed with me. What stood out the most was that when I left, the maintenance reminder on my Honda Odyssey was still on and the oil life indicator was still showing 15%, something that is normally reset after an oil change service. For that reason, I am attaching photos taken immediately after the service to document my experience. I am not posting this review to harm the company or to get something for free. I paid for the service in full and simply believe it is fair to share an honest experience so that other customers know what occurred. All I expected was professional service, clear communication, and for my vehicle to be treated with proper care and respect. I hope management reviews what happened and takes steps to improve both customer service and the overall quality of service at this location.
